I had such a lovely experience at Sparrows Nest for a prenatal massage. The level of comfort, care, and overall vibe and atmosphere of the space is perfect for any expecting, awaiting, or postpartum mom. I love the selection of curated products in the shop especially chosen to support pregnancy and motherhood. My therapist Emmi did such a great job making me feel relaxed, supported, and the massage was wonderful. I fell asleep and got deep relief from my tension. Can't wait to go back and highly recommend their spa and services!

The customer service to the actual massage was top notch! They were flexible with my availability and able to move things around for me. My therapist, Ariel, was attentive to my every need, made me feel heard, and really helped provide a relaxing experience. Not only did I enjoy my massage, I really liked the note she left me when I checked out. It was such a great experience that I wish I had found them earlier in my pregnancy. 10/10 recommend and will definitely get some postpartum therapy here!

Sparrow's Nest is my wellness home, where I always feel welcomed and taken care of! I have been getting postpartum massages, facials, and reflexology services here. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for these services anymore. Ever since my first appointment, I knew I would be coming back. Faith and Caroline have always been so warm and welcoming at reception, and every single therapist I’ve seen is amazing at what they do. I see Iris (massage) and Marna (reflexology) regularly, and they always provide exceptional care. Iris is so sweet and has powerful hands. Marna also has a magical touch - I’m always shocked after my reflexology appointments because I have more regular bowel movements after seeing her! I like how she doesn’t give me any expectations before on how my body will react to the reflexology as I’ve never had it done before, but I have seen this pattern myself. I had my mom see her as well & she says she has been sleeping better since after her appointment. If you’re looking for a safe & stable wellness center with talented & kind therapists, you can find it all here! It’s all absolutely worth the money, & it’s impossible for me to not buy something at their well curated gift shop! You won’t regret your first appointment and you’ll probably continue to come back!

Sparrows nest is amazing and goes above and beyond with their care of expecting mothers! I have had 3 massages with them so far during my pregnancy, and I scheduled another one with the induction add on shortly before my due date this coming December. All of the therapists I have seen were wonderful, but I want to particularly mention Ryan and Emi. I had my first visit with Emi and didn’t realize how badly I needed it until after when I felt like a new person! She was very attentive and wonderful. I just booked in with Ryan last minute, at a little over 34 weeks pregnant after dealing with some recent intense hip/shoulder pain from side sleeping. I felt a world of difference right away after leaving just this morning! It felt like Ryan really knew exactly where and how to release everything and it was just what I needed. She was so skilled and I’m so grateful to her! I have had two other prenatal massages at hotel spas during my pregnancy that were very nice, but didn’t compare to the level of knowledge and care I have experienced with these therapists at sparrow’s nest. With that in mind, I think the 5 massage care package seems like a worthwhile option if you’re just starting out in your pregnancy. I say that because the prices are now on the higher end for single massages, and I will have had at least 6 massages throughout my pregnancy by the time I deliver. I wish all had been at sparrows nest - I truly can’t recommend it enough! Already looking forward to my next visit next month, and so pleased to learn that they offer postpartum massages as well. I absolutely loved my practitioner, Phoebe. She has a very thorough understanding of fertility and the female anatomy, and her expertise truly went above and beyond what I expected. These are clearly skilled and well-trained employees. At first, I was a little hesitant about the hourly price when I broke it down, but I quickly realized this is a very thorough, complete program with real benefits. Phoebe’s knowledge alone is worth every penny. I genuinely believe this therapy could be incredibly healing for anyone trying to conceive, especially in more challenging cases. I also really enjoyed the front desk staff — I wish I remembered her name — but every visit began with such a positive, welcoming interaction. She always offered tea or water and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Their communication system is excellent as well. All text messaging is within one easy-to-follow thread that keeps everything clear, organized, and updated. They also check in weekly if desired to stay aligned with your needs. It truly feels like a well-oiled machine at Sparrow’s Nest. I am pretty particular about businesses that prioritize profits over patients, and it is very clear that this team puts patients first. I would absolutely invest my money here again.
